1) Review of Technical Specification for Design and Production Requirements 2.) Process Inputs for Estimation of Aerospace Enquiries, based on drawing tolerances and part complexity estimate machining process including machine tools, fixtures requirements.3.) Preparation of Manufacturing Operation Sheet (Forging / Machining Control Plan) for Aerospace parts. 4.) Preparation of part specific Control Documents like Part Traveler, Forging / Machining Record Sheets, Process Flow Diagrams.5.) Designing inputs based on trials for efficient part handling, to ensure timely production of parts.6.) Compilation and approval of complete manufacturing plan for aerospace customers like Boeing, RR, and HAL, Liebherr etc.7.) On time completion of production/manufacturing activities as against planned schedule,8.) Preparation of APQP documents, e.g. PFMEA, Control Plans, and Consumption Matrix etc. for production processes.9.) Forging / machining process establish with respect to Part handling, Lubrications, fixture and process design,10.) Preparation of machining manufacturing process flow diagram for new parts.
