24 million people reached through access programs in 2018, to help expand access to our products we use everything from philanthropy to innovative business models.Your responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and lead Disease Area Strategy from Value & Access perspective to differentiate and maximize the potential of Novartis Sickle Cell Disease therapies Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the reimbursement plan for Novartis SCD offerings. Strategically prepare and support the development, and launch of drug products through education & engagement of Key Stakeholders / policy makers Build and strengthen capacity of the health care providers and health care systems to reinforce a continuum of prevention, early diagnosis, timely referral, treatment and management of SCD Support the operational process of building internal and external relationships to increase the Novartis Oncology perception among stakeholders of our commitment to improve patient outcomes, patient-centric approach to disease area strategy developmentMinimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: Minimum requirement: Bachelors in Science/ Management/ Pharmacy MBA would be preferred Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is required.
