Job Description

    Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesHandle B2B sales to various top start category Retail, Modern Trade, Hotels, Restaurant,Cafes, QSR, MCR, Industrial Caterers and Hospitality sector client. Own the supply plan for the designated region in order to meet the business plan andgoals. Strengthen the relationship with existing / new business partners & other relevantstakeholders. Responsible for managing / getting in place a structured team for the assigned state Regular calls and periodic meetings with clients to share product portfolio andunderstand changing or additional needs in tune with current market. To increase the profitability of the organization through Proactive Client Servicing andincreasing basket size of clients. Addressing customer complaints and concerns and resolving them to achieve customersatisfaction and in turn customer delight. Track Revenue Growth for TOP customers cluster wise. Responsible for managing the entire customer base registered in the region and increaserevenue per customer, reduce revenue leakages, ensure high customer satisfaction level. Defining and Maintaining Credit Control Process across the cluster/ territory allocated.Keep track on Account Receivables.
