This is the Duff & Phelps difference.We are currently seeking an Analyst to join the marketing team in Mumbai focusing on Valuation Advisory Services. The prospective candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in a marketing capacity in the professional services sector. Responsibilities: Assist global marketers with the management, organization and promotion of events and conferences, including sponsorships and hosted events. Manage internal marketing calendar to ensure global VAS events are properly reflected. Perform research on potential event sponsorships and conduct business intelligence to understand competitor marketing activities. Promote selected events and other marketing campaigns on firm websites and social media channels. Manage event logistics for conference sponsorships outside of the U.S. to ensure what we need is delivered (including exhibit booths, marketing materials, branded items, etc.) Support all aspects of hosted events for global alternative investment valuation roundtables, including space reservations, coordination with local executive assistants, catering orders, marketing material production/ distribution, name badges, attendee lists, building security, etc. Support with flagship Alternative Investment conferences in New York and Europe around registration data, ticket payment tracking and client inquiries Assist with the development of event invitations, resends, reminders and post-event communications. Create targeted marketing lists for email and direct mail marketing campaigns Assist with ROI tracking following each event, including creation of Salesforce working lists to track activities. Assist with formatting presentations for larger events Requirements: 2-4 years of marketing and event management experience at a professional services firm, preferably in financial services Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure Ability to excel in a matrix management environment under minimal supervision, while reporting results and conferring with superiors on unusual matters and seeking feedback as needed Ability to be very hands on and comfortable taking direct responsibility for deliverables Strong team player Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Word Adobe: Indesign and Photoshop experience, a plus Experience with Salesforce and Eloqua a plus Duff & Phelps is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.Professional Growth At Duff & Phelps, you ll be encouraged to reach your peak and then push further.
