Ft.)o Maintaining all documents for total compliance related with respect to vendors (like Legal Agreement, Labour compliance, Commercial Compliance etc) for onboardingo Assessment of Vendor performance based on Quality, Delivery, Timelines and Overall Customer Experience/ Feedback (based on LITMUS Score) and taking necessary corrective action with the BHS Central/ Regional teamsCost Optimization/ Price Engineering: o Regular cost analysis across new and old vendors in their respective area of coverage (Furniture, Lighting, Furnishing etc) to identify cost optimization possibilities via vendor list/ cost refresh at a Unit levelo Conducting market analysis in order to better the current rate of materials before floating Tender and inviting quotationso Conduct Price benchmarking against Organized Competition and Local Players at least once every 2 months and undertake Master BOQ + GC Pricing corrections accordingly o Refreshing Master BOQ at regular intervals to ensure the BOQ is updated across all work-scopes including labour and materialo Maintaining Master Price, Material List and required 2D Drawingso Support Field teams with Pricing queries/ reduction requirements in Quotations/ re-benchmarking/ re-negotiations in a timely mannerMonitor SLAs for Delivery and intervene along with central/ regional business team/ PMC for instituting best-practices that ensure on-time completion on sitesWork closely with Regional PMC team to ensure smooth execution of sites and overall customer experience wrt professional executionWork closely with Central commercial team for managing business P&L elements associated with GC CostingWork closely with field teams to ensure smooth operation in site execution and value engineering as required to better price-based site conversions - Quick turnaround in Quotation development (2 Days from date of 1 st Designer Visit)Key InteractionsInternalCategory ManagerExternalVendors, Suppliers Role Requirements / Specifications5+ Years of Work-experience in PMC s or Design & Build (Turnkey) firms/ start-upsPreference for QS professionals with building or construction industry experiencePreferred Qualification: Civil Engineering/ Value Engineering/ Quantity Surveying/ Construction ManagementOther relevant experience would include managing of residential interior fit-out projectsStrong analytical skills and data driven mentality Supplier contacts from major players in interiors industryKnowledge of Procurement systems and processesPosition will be based out of Mumbai but will need extensive travelMinimum EducationBE, Graduate DegreeExperience5.00 to 8.00 years,
