Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Establish effective working relationships with sales and management to ensure that our products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programs. 1. Develop, establish and maintain marketing & communication strategies to meet organizational objectives and generate sales leads. 2. Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. 3. Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness. Strategy & Planning: 1. Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help market and position USFC India and its products to attract HNI clients and win funds 2. Create and maintain a centralised system to schedule, co-ordinate and align communications activity and content across our different service areas. 3. Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing, communications and public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance. 4. Define, outline, and execute the lead generation programs to deliver expected lead quality, conversions and customer satisfaction among our sales channels. 5. Design, commission, supervise and carry out appropriate market research to inform strategy developments. 6. Develop marketing tools and materials, including digital tools (and use of appropriate emerging technologies) of a consistently high and accessible standard. Marketing & Communication 1. Produce communications for various mediums internal and external, including; print and electronic media, web content, direct mail, marketing collateral and advertising, client communications, newsletters etc 2. Source editorial opportunities, write press releases, act as media liaison and actively nurture and maintain effective media networks. 3. Plan and successfully execute the promotional campaigns to ensure our website and internet properties are technically optimized to attract and engage HNI clients 4. Supporting and creating B2B / B2C lead generation campaigns; through research, insights and testing as well as defining goals and metrics for successful campaigns 5. Designing and implementing SEO strategy for increasing the traffic, drafting month on month plan to execute the SEO target 6. Work closely with content, social media and sales team to drive awareness, visits, and leads, as well as re- engage prospects and customers. 7. Manage and maintain Google Analytics implementation. 8. Provide marketing and communications support for organisational and special events (internal and external) as needed, including speech writing, presentations, PR, advertising, photography and other materials. 9. In conjunction with the Sales team, act as a resource for conducting local events (i.e. preparation of invitations, programs, media releases/liaison. Team Management 1. Manage and supervise the work of the team including setting objectives and a work plan, holding regular meetings to plan and review activities. 2. Develop training plans to enhance staff skills, increase their breath of scope and continuously grow the capability of the department 3. Regularly evaluate/collaborate with each staff member on personal performance and development; ensure they are engaged in organizational success and aware of how they contribute. Skills required: 1. Hands-on experience with inbound marketing systems, and familiarity with marketing automation practices 2. Ability to work and adapt in a high pressure environment is a must 3. Prior experience working for a start-up is preferred 4. Expertise in all aspects of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Google ads, emails) 5. Ability to create, monitor/oversea the marketing budget 6. Expert knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy 7. Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies 8. Excellent communication skills with analytical and multitasking skills 9. Ability to coordinate with our US office and report on all aspects of marketing,
