Job Description

:KEY REQUIREMENTS:Education: B.E / B. Tech MBA (Marketing) from reputed institute.Experience:

  • 7 years work experience, preferably in Strategic Marketing in a B2B technology differentiated sector. Consulting experience would be a plus
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strategic Marketing skills: fluent and effective in strategic planning, needs-based segmentation and other marketing tools and techniques
  • Attention to Detail: understands the importance of accurate data, and works towards delivering high-quality information and presentations.
  • Communication and Influencing skills: ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with senior leaders and manage internal cross-functional relationships.
  • Curious Mindset: investigative analytical thinking and application to develop strategies to address important business challenges.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: emotional maturity, good judgment and capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Adaptability: High-energy self-starter, flexible to new instructions and/or dynamic organizational priorities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Develop, execute and monitor long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans.
  • Translate strategy into tactical execution plan through definition and management of 4P strategies and tactics.
  • Drive portfolio analysis and assessment to identify revenue and growth plans by each segment.
  • Monitor trends in PU Industry, and capture implications for the business.
  • Collect and analyze customer/market feedback and translate into an action plan.
  • Collaborate with Communications team for marketing communications activities, such as trade events/conferences/road-shows, and creation of sales support material.
