Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices is recruiting for Marketing Manager role , located in MumbaiRole Overview: Responsible for strategizing marketing plans in sync with timeline in a manner consistent with the CREDO , company policy and goals , and in line with overall business direction.Evaluates emerging bold market developments need and recommends actions in how the brand needs to evolve to win in the market Collaborate and Influence key partners to mobilize resources and help the team members to achieve business plan. Market analysis and set product pricing with long term objectives A&SP management for the business Understand needs of KOLs and work closely with them to improve brand equity Builds strong relations with Global/ Regional team , HCPs , sales team and all relevant partners through regular connect , generates business insights through such interactions leading to strong customer engagement Collaborates with peers & support teams to resolve issues.
