Job Description

    We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a well-funded startup in the BFSI domain. They are backed by VCs with strong experience. They are looking to hire a smart Marketing Manager for their organizationThe incumbent will be responsible for:- Managing all Marketing, Branding & Communication activities for the organization- Managing Digital, Print and other marketing channels- Manage BTL activations, sales promotions, events etc- Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns - Overseeing market research and analysis of the competition - Brand development, Consumer intervention and PRTo qualify for this position you should:- MBA from a Top B-School- Have 5 to 10 years of exp in Marketing in a high growth environment- Have good experience in managing ATL, BTL, Brand and communication activities- Have experience in strategizing the marketing function- Preferably have worked in a Consumer facing, B2C, C2C org (BFSI, FMCG, Retail, OTT, Travel etc)- Experience in any startup would be a great advantage (though not compulsory)- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocatePlease Note:- We manage profiles in strict confidence as per the governing policies of our organization.
