We are looking for a highly motivated marketing manager to join our fast-paced team at Radiometer Medical India, where we re changing the world by helping caregivers make diagnostics decisions that save life.Product and market development experience in the medical devices or IVD field is a must-have, as this role will drive branding, customer engagement & product management (from launch to end of life cycle). We are seeking someone with strong knowledge of the marketplace and a demonstrated ability to commercialize and position products into regulated markets.A successful candidate for this role is someone passionate and unwavering in their representation as the voice of customer on all projects a product and market champion who knows when and how to go to the mat for the needs of the customer, and when to yield in favor of an alternate path. Candidate must also be apt in creating a place of reputation for Radiometer Medical India on the Digital World and should have good presence in the Social Media.The diagnostics market is evolving quickly with both internal and external forces that drive aggressive timelines and high expectations to deliver quality solution to customers. We are looking for a marketing manager that can manage through, as well as coach, direct reports to manage through challenges that arise in product development timelines, technical risks, vendors, and shifting regulatory requirements with professionalism and a positive attitude.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for both driving new product development and outbound marketing initiatives.This includes translating voice of customer into product portfolio and market strategies with actionable requirements to reposition products and solutions to market.It also includes the creation of strategic global marketing plans for generating clinical evidences and close collaboration with global sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to implement those plans.Ability to lead, direct, influence and empower multi-discipline teams and individuals.Ability to successfully interface with senior management (within and external to company).Has experience and capacity to manage conflict.QualificationsGraduate in Science required; MS, MBA or PhD highly desired.7+ years of product development and marketing experience in the IVD field.At least 1 year of direct employee management experience.Must have a professional manner and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Ability to ask open questions and have strong listening skills.Requires demonstrated planning/organizational skills.Executes sound judgment, analyzes issues, thinks strategically, creatively, and uses innovative ideas.Demonstrates exceptional problem solving, decision-making, conflict management, change management and negotiating skills.Exceptional public speaking skills needed to represent corporation at external meetings, conferences and organizations.Able to present high level information for multiple audiences.Experience organizing and communicating technical information and training materials that meet customer and sales needs.Experience defining, establishing and managing collaborations with researchers.The candidate will travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.Proficiency in the following required:Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (CRM experience is a plus).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
