  • Translate, localize and create marketing and sales tools and manage the deployment of key divisional & cross-business unit marketing materials. This includes working with the regional and global marketing team to define deadlines and collect content, creating materials and tracking the effectiveness
  • Manage co-ordination and deployment of Webinars, seminars and regional customer-facing events, follow up progress and results.
  • Support to organize tradeshow, conference and user group meeting
  • Track and report on the opportunity funnel/success metrics for key marketing initiatives
  • Partner with divisional and regional sales training manager and country teams to plan, organise and deploy APJ BPD onboarding, selling skills and product training programs
  • Manage virtual training for the commercial organization. This includes working with the APJ marketing team & global team to set the schedule; sending invitations; proactively promoting the sessions to maximise attendance; hosting the sessions and following up post-training
  • Assist in the arrangement of trainings and marketing meetings, marketing presence at commercial meetings and reviews for the region
  • Budget, vendor and asset management
Experience, skills & abilities
  • Marketing qualification, and /or experience of working within a marketing team.
  • Good understanding of marketing principals and communication.
  • Good interpersonal communications skills, cooperative team player with a proactive responsive approach.
  • Able to drive a project to completion and maintain focus on agreed priorities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at one time, able to maintain a good work in progress.
  • Embraces new and diverse ideas. Is flexible in changing and ambiguous situations.
  • Good analytical, communications both oral and written, and organizational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience of working with the Salesforce CRM system would also be advantageous.
