Execute global and regional marketing plans to achieve share , revenue , and gross contribution objectives. Drive Marketing activities in line with market attractiveness and needs , and support the stakeholder requirement of BUs in India. Work with regional Marketing to align and integrate regional execution of global segment strategies and tactics. Support the Sales Organizations in India and relevant countries in APAC by managing and executing Marketing Visibility , Lead Generation , Marketing Campaigns. Can include executing appropriate Marketing and Communications activities such as all kinds of collateral , event , selling tools , PR , social Media , digital marketing and internal communication. Analyze the synthesize customer / market research data to assist the Marketing team driving effective decisions and provide insights. Support and coordinate new product introductions in the regions and ensure the successful commercialization. Description of profile required (professional experience , skills etc.)Basic Requirements: Foreign industrial company background , 5 - 8 years working experience in Marketing; University or above; Willing to grow in Marketing and taking more responsibilities; Planning and execution skills; Be able to manage multiple projects with aggressive schedules; Quick learner , independent , teamwork and ownership spirit , flexibility and positive mindset; Excellent English; Multi - cultural communication skill; Have self - view and self - understanding of the surrounding people and things , have strong ability to receive the new things;,
