  • Is an individual contributor- writing the medical summaryannotation part tosupport clients Group Insurance Physician Multiplier Indexing and Annotation Services
  • Organize medical records in chronological orderAnnotate the medical records (i.e.identifying key data points to the client )
  • The Services do not include the provision of medical advicerecommendationsor opinions
  • Review all the documents of the claimincluding SOAP by the onsite clinician and physicians and annotate
  • The annotated indexed file should provide information on the functional capacity of the claimant as per the medical records
  • Work Timings: US Shifts
