Job Description

    Dear Candidate we are hiring Mechanical And 3D modelling head for an Engineering Company Located at MumbaiIf Interested then please call/ whats apphidden_mobileH.R HeadJob Description-Knowledge on Utility design, selection & implementation (Generation, distribution, installation, commissioning and Qualification of plant machinery equipment )Operations of Air Compressor, Chillers, Boiler, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Cooling Tower etc.Review of URS, FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, SOPs, qualification documents.Should be able to manage QMS (change control, Deviation, CAPA) and training management.To perform the gap assessment of engineering operation and to identify thecompliance issuesExperience in projects design & engineering pertaining to Pharmaceutical / Biotech / chemical/ process / other industryMaintain client relations on specific projects; support and coordinate with the team leader on various project activitiesA Self-starter, with proven energy and initiative in overcoming obstacles, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize with minimal supervisionKnowledge of engineering design, parameters, design standards, codes, and calculations .Able to read and interpret technical drawings and provide improvement suggestions as per the requirementsManagement skill - Should have handled Pharma/ Biotech projectGood working knowledge of documentation required for Pharma / Biotech/ process/ chemical facilitiesP&IDs for plant Utilities like Chilled water, Hot water, Compressed air, LDO, HSD, Nitrogen, Cooling water,Clean Utility p&ID like Purified water, WFI and Pure Steam.Modeling on 3D software.Project Co-ordination with project Team & Client.
