    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesMedical Trainer with medical Transcription experienceQUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:3-5 years of experience in the medical field.At least 1 year of experience directly training individuals.Bachelors degree strongly preferred (Associates degree required).Mastery of English with excellent verbal and written communication is a critical component.Must be well versed in all specialties supported by AI voice enabled solution, necessary for proper coaching.Ability to QA live trainee work in a timely manner (if live OJT is required)Familiarity with medical terminology required.People management and/or project management experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a challenging space within a multifaceted team where cross-pollination and interaction is key.Demonstrated track record of meeting significant business deadlines and turnaround times.RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate intensively via video chat, Teams, calls, and screen shares with large population of new hires daily to enhance and support their Onboarding, Training, and Operations experience.Proactively identify training strategies for those who may be struggling with quality, may need to assess and make vital suggestions regarding work difficulty and placement.Direct and oversee platform engagement as well as critical medical documentation frameworks.Develop, implement, and manage multiple QDS training plans per provider specifics, specialty specifics, trainee ability, and other success-guiding factors.Provide in-depth, valuable quality feedback in any medical specialty and all utilized platforms.Work with various team members to help onboard new hires, guiding them through setup, Training, and the first weeks of operational independence.May be responsible for a combination of methodologies, including live demonstrations, on the job training, tutoring and trainee development.Evaluate and train according to rigorous internal rubrics and processes.Provide white-glove support for all new hires for an extended period of time.Work closely with members of other departments to improve and enhance trainee experience, including Operations, Business Intelligence, and others.Maintain high level of employee satisfaction.Grade and track QDS progress and performance via a variety of tools and applications.Develop and implement new strategies based on changes and growth within the AI voice enabled solution service and product space.INTERESTED CANDIADTES CAN SHARE YOUR PROFILES TO hidden_emailphone: hidden_mobile
