Role:Managing the day to day operational functions of the people service center to meet the defined SLA ,KPIs and Quality StandardsEnsure accurate and timely processin of payroll updates including new hires , terminations and changes to pay rates .work cross funtionally in the area of process improvement with our internal and external partners by designing and implementing lean processes and solutions that enhance the employee end to end journeys and moments that matter.Expectation:Looking for a candidate with minium 10 years of overall experience and good knowledge in Payroll and compliance . Professional who understands the impact of payroll and complexity of managing the same .And strong experience in HR Shared Services business is must . Should have experience working in multiple units across India.Should be having a knowledge of handling minimum 2000 employees . Good in customer centric approach. Good leadership quality .Stakeholder management across all entity, should be able to handle things internally and externallyAny industry is fine with HR Shared Services functionAny graduate +MBA would be preferredStrong in excel and power point and strong communication skillsQualifications Any Graduate + MBA is preferred,
