Job Description

ROLE PROFILE: Analyst, MiddlewareMIDDLEWARE:-

  • Primary skill: Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic, Talend, IIS
  • Secondary Skill: IBM Connect Direct, Powershell Scripting
  • Operating System: WINDOWS, SOLARIS, LINUX
JOB /ROLE PURPOSE:Responsible for the installation, maintenance, support & handling of Talend, Jboss, Tomcat, Apache, Active MQ and WeblogicQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Essential
  • Degree or higher in Engineering
  • Must have Knowledge in the following areas of technology: Talend, Jboss, Tomcat, Apache, Active MQ and Weblogic;
  • Ability to resolve L2 issues.
  • Ability to handle service requests / standard & minor changes.
  • Ability to deploy new solutions, execution of project tasks.
  • Ability to diagnose & analyze Talend, Jboss, Tomcat, Apache, Active MQ and Weblogic relates issues.
  • Ability to diagnose & analyze SSL , Data Source , Memory & Middleware relates issues.
  • Ability to diagnose & analyze analyze Active MQ, Master slave related issues.
  • Ability to deploy & troubleshoot the deployment related issues on Talend, Jboss, Tomcat, Apache, Active MQ and Weblogic.
  • 2-3 years experience in supporting Talend, Jboss, Tomcat, Apache, Active MQ and Weblogic.
  • Excellent problem solving and planning skills.
  • Experience with production environment.
Desirable
  • Beneficial to have some knowledge of the Financial Services Industry.
  • Strong working knowledge in Windows Server environments is a plus.
  • Ability to understanding and fix power shell / bash shell scripts.
CORE SKILLS:
  • Ability to resolve 2nd level support calls, service requests and standard / minor changes within agreed SLA s
  • Ability to proactively maintain Talend, Jboss, Tomcat, Apache, Active MQ and Weblogic.
  • Ability to develop sound relationships with service team, team leaders, other IT functions.
  • Ability to update skills and knowledge relating to future trends in Middleware technology and industry standards.
  • Ability to support DR setup.
  • Technical assistance and support for junior team members within team.
  • Excellent problem solving, planning and organizing skills, a flexible approach with good verbal and written English communication skills.
