Job Description

  • Looking for experienced , energetic individual to join them as Assistant Executive to Sr. Management leaders.
He is required to good at :
  • Supporting senior leadership team in decision making by deriving insights from various business reports.
  • Creating sales target report & following up with team daily basis for progress to achieve targets
  • Responsible for Supporting the development and execution of the business strategy
  • Summarise Collection Report on daily basis
  • Frequent Visit to the Warehouse ( Gowdown) to manage stock, inward -outward of inventory and vendor empanelment
  • Building Relationship and effective presentation Skill
  • Very Good in communicating, conviencing and connecting to manage professional relationship
  • After sales Service if any service related issues arise. Effective in identifying problem and resolving them.
  • Analysis on new initiatives, projects and business opportunities along with developing, reporting and forecasting models that fully integrate all key business components.
  • Maintaining Sales report, service report , purchase & database and other as per management requirement
  • Coordination with cross functional teams for strategies on project planning, execution and cost control, ensuring the accuracy of the entire business planning process.
  • Must be excellent in Micro and Macro - MS excel.
  • Good command on Vlookup, Hlookup, pivot Table, conditional formating, uses of complex formulas , Data validation, Advance Filter, Charts, powerpoint, countifs, sumifs, if condition, nested if, concatenate, Record macro, etc
Required Candidate profile
  • Most preffered from BFSI/ NBFC/ Logistic / etc
  • Qualification - Bcom/ BBA/ any general
  • Must have Min 5 to 10 yr of experience in MIS and Data Analyst.
  • Must be presentable and understand management language and can communicate effectively
  • Quick and Aggressive personality with good command over its job and responsibilities
  • Master in MS Excel and had Handled Database in lac as per entries
  • Looking for stable and experience professional that drive business as per Management guideline.
