Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Purpose:To achieve our goals of business development, we are looking for a result oriented and customer focused individual who would be responsible for meeting quality by penetrating new projects and creating brand awareness for paints & coating products. To work in production hand in hand with team and maintain Accurate MIS DATA of the product In & Out. Provide technical support for production problems related to chemical processes and equipment.Requirement: Experience/Qualifications/ Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Outlook, MS-Excel).
    • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
    • MIS reports, Manpower and Capacity planning.
    • Data and trend analysis, Real Time Analysis, Staffing & preparing rosters.
    • Forecasting, capacity planning for Inbound/Outbound teams to ensure optimal seat and
    • resource utilization.
    • Provides clear communication of the forecasted workload, changes, assumptions, inputs, etc. to all team.
    • Monitoring of queues at a real time basis and ensure delivery of SLAs.
    • Real time monitoring reporting calls volumes/AHT/staffing levels.
    • Material and inventory management.
    • To maintain the yield of products in specified limits at various stages of process activities.
    • Qualification Min 12th Pass Max Graduate.
