Job Description

MIS ManagerProperty and Asset ManagementWhat this job involves You will manage all the activities related to MIS, documentation related to Transition (HOTO) & Operations, Invoicing and Admin activities for site and all team members. You need to actively understand and help resolve all client concerns related to MIS, Documentation and site administration. Your day-to-day activities will involve:

  • Managing data related to transition and related documentation; using knowledge of the practices in Microsoft excel and Power Point.
  • Co-ordination with client and vendor.
  • To make daily, monthly reports, presentation, and ADHOC reports as per client requirement.
  • Maintaining site staff details and preparing their entry pass for site.
  • Managing vendor personnel for assigned units (vendor contracts, compliance, attendance etc.).
  • Invoice submission to client for billing.
  • Maintaining vendor compliance documents for billing and audit.
  • Maintain site engineering equipment inventory.
  • Order stationery for site team and client as per requirement.
  • Preparing reports like DMR, MMR, QBR and other related reports at site.
  • Responsible for maintaining discipline at site with proper attire and etiquette in the staff supervised.
  • Supporting employee relations issues & statutory compliances.
  • Preparing and implementing various checklists, at the frequency instructed in the client/SME suggested formats.

You will also be applying knowledge of administration; for program, resources, and staff and demonstrate the ability to manage others and to communicate information effectively with the internal & external customers along with leadership skills.QualificationsYou need to have a Degree / Diploma in any stream, with minimum 08 - 10 years of work experience. Good communication skills (English - oral/written) would be must. Other qualifications that will earn you brownie points will include
  • Knowledge in functional area of MIS and Accounts
  • Adequate software exposure like MS office etc.
