Position overview The role is to work with senior stakeholders for creating high impact presentations, metrics and dashboards for department and ensuring the reporting is effectively run, maintained and governed. Responsibilities MIS reporting of day to day operations Generate reports from various sources, organize data outputs and produce recurring and ad hoc presentations Build data visualizations that effectively communicate insights to management Analyze performance indicators; communicate results across the department through written correspondence Prepare presentations for senior management with data input from various sources Coordinate with Productions leads and managers to create and control MIS reports Work closely with accounting personnel to provide input on Revenue Forecasting and Recognition Data collection, analysis and come up with insights on data gathered Reporting of day to day incidents & mishaps to senior management Build and maintain key relationships across the department Desired experience and qualifications 5+ years of experience working in MS Excel with large datasets and advanced functions, Data Analysis Reporting, High impact presentations, Dashboard Metrics Experience with data visualization and report automation tools such as QlikView and Power BI (not mandate but plus) While not required, experience with SQL for data extraction is a plus Ability to understand and translate business needs/ requirements Strong understanding of metrics and reporting processes Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential data and issues Detail oriented with good communication skills, both written and verbal Flexible, organized, self - motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently Superior organizational skills and great follow through on tasks Bachelors degree, MBA preferred Due to the great number of applications we receive for each of our open vacancies, we are unable to respond on an individual basis To all recruitment agencies: MSCI does not accept unsolicited CVs/ Resumes.
