To ensure Legal actionable in the assigned pool. (Execution of legal tools within prescribed timelines to take cases/accountsto the logical conclusion/Resolution).Thorough knowledge and understanding of Legal proceedings viz Arbitration, Execution Proceedings, Sarfaesi Act, Sec 138, PASA and other IPC Acts.Responsible for LAP recovery executing legal tools.Liaison with Courts, Enforcement Agencies, Police and Advocates for better legal functioning and closure of cases.Maintain MIS, legal records & Data base.Follow the templates laid by the vertical to ensure standardization.Continuously monitoring fraudulent practices and timely legal actions in the fraud cases.Personal visit of customers before invoking litigation to check the route cause ofdelinquency. , LLB/Graduate (LLB candidate shall be preferred)
