Roles and ResponsibilitiesShould have an experience in leading and guiding a support team. - Tracking the KPA or KPI of support team members. - Should be able to handle escalations. - Ability to remove the technical roadblocks for support team. - Conduct technical training for inhouse support team to enhance their technical support ability. - Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, including installation & maintenance of MSCRM server, IIS, SQL, ADFS. - Suggest possibilities to automate as and when required to reduce the human intervention. - Should have in-depth practical knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules and have good exposure in other areas of project execution like Customer facing, analysis, consulting, documentation, implementation, development, and support of Business Solutions. - Assist in the integration of new systems and tools into the technical support flow and infrastructure,
