The product marketing manager will be responsible for all the product-based marketing campaigns, marketing strategy & plans. He/She will own the communication and integrations across marketing channels, websites, landing pages, apps, and ad campaigns by working along with different internal teams & agencies. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Clever tap, Mix panel, etc to identify the user journey drop-offs & take necessary actions. Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell initiatives i.e. Retargeting & Referral campaigns to drive business growth.Responsibilities:- Identifying customer needs by deeply understanding our customers across multiple markets, to create data-driven, actionable insights for product & brand teams.- Developing and enhancing content about our products including but not limited to Website, App, Landing pages, Case studies, Product videos, Blogs, etc.- Drive the growth of the product with retargeting & referral campaigns with automation tools.- Work with the product and engineering team & responsible for moving things internally within the product, and content, design teams.- Take initiatives for online partnerships that lead to business growth- Crafting the propositions for new digital products, refining current propositions and messaging driving demand generation, customer acquisition.- Developing Go to Market strategies by working closely with product and brand teams.- Designing user journey from awareness to conversion.Basic Qualifications- 3-5 years product marketing experience in a tech start-up- Working knowledge of marketing tools like Google Analytics, Clever tap, Mix panel, etc- Should possess strong analytical aptitude towards problem-solving and should be inclined to understand digital media, creatives, analytics & other relevant metrics- Preferably with tech-education background- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work across products and ready to take up new challenges,
