• Works closely with Sales, Structuring and Middle Office on Structured Product (OTC and Notes) lifecycle events
• Lifecycle management support through break remediation on coupon/expiry calculations.
• Facilitating an efficient process for the Onboarding of new clients.
• Corporate Actions support across a wide-range of product types within the Derivatives space, to include maintaining client distribution lists
• Primary trade set-ups including NIX, sales credit bookings and payaways
• Term sheet amendments such as taps, insertion of strikes, ISIN codes
• Obtaining signatures for trade issuance documentation and liaising with legal
• Working with CVG to confirm accuracy of client s daily valuation statements.
• Assisting the desk by providing timely MI to respond to client and regulatory requests
• Assist with settlement issues to ensure accurate and timely settlement of client trades.
• Ensuring trades are unsuspended and dealable, making amendments to client dealing entities where required, resolving any issues with online dealing, facilitate trade confirmations when requested
• Responding to client requests e.g. audit, redemption queries, fixing event queries, requests for deltas, Greeks
• Work with sales and business management to manage fee payments and invoice payments
• Set up clients for dealing, pricing, BARX, COMET, BBG (BXIS), research when required
• Notify sales of upcoming maturities, work on production of maturity reports when required, liaise with appropriate areas to ensure maturity process is smooth
• Build out the Future State - Engage with re-workings of outdated/inefficient processes and challenge existing procedures.
• Query Management - Address and respond to, in a timely manner, issues stemming from internal sales teams, internal infrastructure teams, as well as external APAC and EMEA clients.

What we re looking for:The role is ideally suited towards someone who is familiar with:

• Basic Derivatives product knowledge, including Structured Notes
• Experience and understanding of trade lifecycle

The candidate must be:

• Detail-oriented.
• Good sense of timeliness and can work under pressure to meet a deadline.
• An organized individual with good time management, prioritising tasks and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to coordinate with various teams to action items
• Detailed and meticulous; high level of accuracy with low tolerance for error
• Confident to escalate and articulate issues and elucidate reconciliation enhancements to senior stakeholders globally.
• Committed and control-focused to succeed under challenging environment
• Able to work as part of a high performing team
• Willing and able to share knowledge with other team members
• Confident to listen and articulate a logical argument in the face of challenge

Skills that will help you in the role:

• 1-2 years experience in supporting Sales/ Front Office
• Strong understanding of derivatives & OTC products
• A good understanding of SQL, VBA & excel functionalities
• Comfortable with analyzing data, problem solving with data, data analytics, statistics
• Demonstrates initiative and confidence in collaborative team work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor s degree in Management disciplines
