Job Purpose Radius offers clients an online platform , Overseas Connect (OsC) , used for managing overseas operations. This product is developed and managed in - house and requires ongoing configuration to support new client and affiliate relationships. The primary goal of the OsC Operations Analystis to optimize and maintain existing client and affiliate functional configurations in OsC with a particular focus on HR and Payroll. In order to achieve results they must elicit detailed requirements and effectively communicate these to the global operators who configure , administer or use OsC. Subsequently , they must test the configurations and work with external stakeholders (affiliates and clients) to sign off the changes before releasing them into production. The OsC Operations Analyst will work with the larger technology team to drive application improvements in user experience , feature enhancements and end to end solutions working with internal resources across functional areas. Responsibilities and Accountabilities; Gathering and analyzing configuration requirements centered on local in - country compliance working with s compatibility with client / affiliate systems , processes and expectations. Carrying out configuration testing against documented requirements. This involves driving the feedback loop between the testing process and all stakeholders to ensure quality and functional integrity before release. Providing release support as needed for affiliate and internal readiness training. Developing and maintaining system and process related documentation (e.g. User Manuals , Reference Documents , and Prototypes , as appropriate). The intended audiences may be internal administrative staff as well as internal and external end users. Maintaining a sound knowledge of the workings of OsC whilst keeping up to date with internal and external releases and the changes they involve. This position will also be responsible for supporting and implementing the affiliate and other changes in OsC via the configuration interface Troubleshooting issues with affiliate and client related issues related to the configuration and payroll data Key Skills Knowledge; Good written and verbal (English) communication skills for working with a global multi - lingual workforce located across time zones. Working knowledge of ticketing and / or case management systems Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Familiar with the generic process architecture for managing business support activities (HR Payroll in particular). Global mindset with an understanding of the disparities that may exist between countries in terms of the HR and Payroll regulatory frameworks. Understanding of Configuration Management (CM) practices and procedures. Understanding of configuration testing procedures (Quality and UAT in particular). Highly focused on customer satisfaction (both internal and external) Education / Qualifications Experience; Experience of working in a multi - lingual global environment (perhaps from working in a global shared service center or similar). Demonstrable experience of building relationships with external and internal stakeholders. University or college degree in a related area (e.g. Computer Sciences , Business Systems etc.) ,
