Job Description

    The National Head role for IFA business - Mumbai The National Head role for IFA business P2P is responsible for setting up the vertical and scaling up the business. The role also entails putting together the go to market strategy, creating teams in key markets and ensuring that economics and scale to make it a significant business contributor.The National Head would work with his/her sales team across the identified locations to educate, create awareness and empanel distribution partners for P2P. The National Head would also closely with product, digital and marketing teams to create competitive proposition for the IFAs and their customers. This role would directly own the business, revenue and profitability targets through this channel. Experience- min. 12 years experience of leading sales teams, preferably in AMCs, brokerage business or insurance co.s with domain knowledge of financial products and deep understanding of the IFA business. Should have experience of having handled, setup large IFA channels.Functional / Technical Skills- Team Building and Development- Business P&L Management- Business development- Relationship management with prior experience of handling IFAs- Direct connects and knowledge of key IFAs across the markets- Strong domain knowledge of financial productsKey Roles & Responsibilities :- Building & driving the team for P2P lending business - Develop the roadmap for scale of P2P lending business through the IFA channel - key proposition, product construct, identifying growth opportunities, partnerships and alliances, customer segmentation & GTM strategy.- Collaborate with wider technology, operations, sales and marketing organizations.- Manage business scale, revenue and the P&L for IFA vertical- Responsible for strategic alliances with IFA aggregator organizations,
