Job Description

  • Handling the overall activities of the Hub and branches
  • Ensure smooth hub operations, deliveries and pick - ups across India and facilitate operations staff to perform better.
  • Vendors Management
  • Monitor that physical go - down stock at branches and Hubs
  • Ensuring resolution of the queries related to ODA & complaints within 2 Hours.
  • Direct distribution center operation to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
  • Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
  • Review national or regional transportation or logistics reports for ways to improve efficiency or minimize the cost impact of logistics activities.
  • Process and conclude claims / transactions in conjunction with Finance Department.
