Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

To handle Overall activities related to Sales & Marketing of Industrial chemical & Adhesives (Epoxy & other adhesives) across India & Nepal.
Responsible to spearhead the entire Sales & Business Development Operations, Strategy, Analytics & Other support function and Execution in different geographies.
To Forecast periodic targets & driving initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the team to achieve them.
Responsibility of Identifying potential projects in region & Industrial units keep a track of development and progress. Independently work to increase our customer base and opportunity for new business. Determine customer needs and provide service solutions
To conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
Planning, liaising, tie ups, events/ Tradeshow participation for engaging the Target segment.
Team Building, Mentoring, Motivating, Conflict Management, Productivity and retaining performer.
To provide suggestion/feedback/support to Technical, R&D and Production Team for developing range of new products in Industrial chemicals, Water Proofing chemicals, Admixture, Epoxy coating and Exterior Coating etc.
To handle the budgeting of sales, manpower cost & marketing
To handle export of Industrial chemical products.
