RESPONSIBILITIESTraining Need Identification:Understand the business requirement and devise new training programs.Ensure that Joint Calls are made by Trainers with sales staff entry level to understand training requirementsMeet reportees and National Sales managers once a month to understand training expectationsProduct Training:Devise and Maintain Training material on product and processes.Ensure training programs are imparted as per training calendar devised.Maintain data on training accomplishments of the regional trainers in the regionProvide data on training accomplishment of staff to Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and National Sales Manager.Motivational activities:Organize motivational activities like grooming week, etc, in association with to Sales Manager and Regional managerOrganize role plays, case studies and events for motivation as well as identifications of training needsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESThe incumbent needs to have a proven track record as a National Training Manager in BFSI organization with emphasis on Training of sales staff.The incumbent needs to have a proven track record as a National Training Manager in BFSI organization with emphasis on Training of sales staff.Prior selling/ training experience in buy Mortgages, Insurance Industry a significant plus.Experience in training entry level sales staffs a significant plus.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various verticals and execute various management training programs.MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelors Degrees in Arts, Sciences, or Commerce MBA preferred.Total Experience of atleast 10 -12 years with atleast 7-8 years at a managerial level experience in the BFSI / Retail / FMCGMinimum 3-4 year as a sales trainer experience required in order to understand and execute sales training needs.Overnight field travel as required.CTC range will be in the range of 10-14 Lacs depending upon the experience of candidate.,
