We are having Job Opening for the position of NDT Inspector Mumbai on Contract on MMK Pay Roll - further extendable. Location: Mumbai(Raigad District) Designation: NDT Inspector Experience: 10 yrsDuration: 1 Yr. Contract Extendable Further on MMK Enterprises PayrollEducation : B.E/B.tech/Diploma Job description : Responsibilities Set up and calibrate NDT equipment Conduct NDT (PT,RT,UT,MPI,PAUT) and interpret test results Generation of test reports Review of NDT reports developed by sub-contractor Resolve any queries raised by Client Shall be acquainted with various welding defects and various welding processes Shall have experience of conducting UT/PAUT of TKY joints in offshore structures Well versed with NDT in offshore platform fabrication (Jacket/Piles) Shall be able to generate NDT procedure or Review NDT procedures developed by Vendor/Sub-contractor Witness NDT activities and interpret test results for NDT done by Vendors/Sub-contractor Should be capable of establishing techniques and procedures to detect various types of defects Additionally inspector shall be able to carry out various QA/QC activities such as welding inspection, visual/dimensional inspection etc. for jacket/pile fabrication Qualification/Certification A Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering and have minimum experience of 10 years in QA/QC/Inspection/NDT in Oil & Gas Well acquainted with various codes as ASME Sec V, ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, API etc. ASNT Level II in UT, RT, PT, MT and PAUT Job Location : Rohini Yard, at Das offshore (Raigad District).
