Job Description

HIHiring for:-Netapp Storage (L2)Hitachi F800, G200, F370EMC VMX3+ Vmax,Netapp A300, 8080,2650,2600,IBM, MSA HPm ICELOMPlease find below Roles:-

  1. Liaising with vendors for escalation
  2. Preparation of Preventive Maintenance calendar
  3. NAS access control review
  4. Storage LUN Management
  5. Raid or Array group Management
  6. Diagnostic event logs
  7. Performance / Space Utilization Trend Analysis based on availability of the OEM Reporting Tool
  8. Zone administration
  9. Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents
  10. Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist
  11. Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
  12. Certificate management
  13. SAN Fabric expansion
  14. Monitoring health of storage app specific suits
  15. Weekly capacity management & autogrow reports
  16. Adherence to the process
  17. Integration of new devices in different tools
  18. Maintain connectivity details for SAN infra
  19. Storage and SAN Architecture diagram
  20. Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management
  21. Keeping track of incident with timestamp and publishing the same on periodic basis
  22. Completing storage or SAN upgrade, code upgrade or maintenance activities in association with principle vendor
  23. Completing cabling activities in association with cabling vendor
  24. Returning faulty parts to respective principle vendor and maintaining tracker of the same
  25. Share owner details for all shares deployed in bank an non-bank environment
  26. Share or common drive migration to meet requirement
  27. Inventory of storage, NAS and SAN equipment deployed in bank environment
  28. Monitoring health of storage app specific suits (Netapp, Emc)
  29. Identifying and removing of unwanted and hanging zones from SAN switches
