We assist customers with their digital transformation needs and work with them in creating new value by delivering unique services.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Cisco networking technologies and possess hands-on experience in configuring Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, wireless controllers, firewalls, routers, and other networking devices.Responsibilities:Configure and troubleshoot Layer 3 & Layer 2 Managed Switches, including Aruba and Cisco devices.Set up and manage Enterprise series Wireless with On-Premises & Cloud Controllers, such as Aruba and Cisco.Configure and maintain Firewall devices for enhanced network security.Work with Enterprise series Routers, including Cisco 2000, 3000, 4000 series, etc., and ensure their proper functioning.Perform IP Subnetting and manage IP address allocations effectively.Set up and manage VLANs, STP, VTP, DNS, Port Security, and Access Lists for network segmentation and security.Implement and troubleshoot Routing Protocols, including Static, Default, RIP, EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.Configure and manage DHCP Servers to provide dynamic IP addresses to connected hosts.Set up and manage P2P & MPLS links on routers and firewalls to ensure reliable connectivity.Implement and manage IPSEC & SSL VPN for secure remote access.Perform regular IOS version upgrades on Routers & Switches to maintain optimal performance and security.Conduct site surveys to gather requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Network, Wireless & Firewall projects.Collaborate effectively with the team and other departments to work on field projects and new network-related initiatives.Provide technical support and troubleshoot network-related issues as and when required.Maintain network documentation and ensure accurate and up-to-date records of configurations and changes.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Cisco CCNA certification or any relevant networking certifications are preferred.Proven experience of 2 to 5 years as a Network Engineer or in a similar networking role.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with configuring Cisco networking devices (routers, switches) and other relevant technologies (Aruba, firewalls, etc.).Solid understanding of IP Subnetting, VLANs, STP, VTP, DNS, Port Security, and Access Lists.Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Routing Protocols such as Static, Default, RIP, EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.Experience with DHCP Server configuration and management.Familiarity with setting up and managing P2P & MPLS links, IPSEC & SSL VPN.Ability to perform IOS version upgrades on Routers & Switches.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies as per business requirements.If you meet the above qualifications and are enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Network Engineer.
