Perform troubleshooting analysis of LAN/WAN/MPLS/firewall/VPN issues. Document network problems and resolution for future reference. Key competencies: A thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, NAT, IP addressing and TCP/IP Network. A practical level of experience implementing and administrating TCP/IP-based network. 2-5 years hands on experience with HP / Cisco Switches, Routers, Cables, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, Wireless, TCP/IP, DNS, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, VPN and MPLS.
