Act as a service fulfillment and program SME and be accountable for tracking and reporting performance measurements and SLAs of service fulfillment teams to the client. Deliver business value to the project and work with clients on performance and process optimization.

        • Key Responsibilities : Cisco CCNA RS, CCNA Collaboration and CCNP Collaboration are essential Cisco Voice with CUCM and UCCE Demonstrable record of root cause analysis and low-level troubleshooting with maintaining firewall security Cisco CUCM, Cisco Unity, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Webex
        • Technical Experience : Familiar with concepts such as Call Recording, Click-to-dial, Telephony in a Call Centre environment PCI Expierence Number porting Experience Verba Verint Voice Recording Cube/Voice Gateway, SIP telephony trouble-shooting skills VOIP telephony, video conferencing and IP Television distribution systems Acqueon Dialler - Thorough understanding of Predictive, Progressive, Preview dialing modes Scripting, automation and replication processes
        • Professional Attributes : Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think logically through a problem Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see problems through to resolution, Ability to work in shift patterns and provide out of hours On-Call support collaborate with other team members
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering preferred
