Job Description

* Level of education/qualifications required:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering Degree in any discipline
Specific work experience:
  • 10+ years experience in network operations and security operations desired
  • Manufacturing/FMCG domain experience desired
Technical and functional skills:
  • Should have strong domain knowledge and practical experience in
  • Proven experience in managing large teams of Vendors/ISP for Network operations with L1/L2/L3 resources and manage and improve SLAs under framework of ITSM / ISO 27K, Capable of handling Audits
  • End-End engagement from taking requirements from Project teams/ Business Relationship Managers and getting it implemented via multiple vendors and multiple internal teams within timelines covering Requirement gathering, Designing solutions, planning and implementing
  • Manage timelines and plan to meet deadlines and should be a good team player
  • Proven experience in managing NOC/SOC operations
  • P roven experience with LAN, WLAN and WAN design and implementation
  • S ecurity operations incl. endpoint protection tools, anti-virus management, managing firewalls, NIPS, proxies, logs, etc. as well as security strategy, risk management, delivery support, compliance support
  • K nowledge on Video Conferencing e.g. Zoom , Cisco Webex , Mictosoft teams etc. .Knowledge on Webcast technologies
  • Hands On experience working with EIGRP, OSPF and BGP Routing protocols, Switching technologies, HSRP, DNS, DHCP, SSL certificate, advanced IOS security features, Security Devices primarily Cisco ASA or Fortigate/ Checkpoint, Network Monitoring Tools
  • Hands On experience working with EIGRP, OSPF and BGP Routing protocols, Switching technologies, HSRP, DNS, DHCP, SSL certificate, advanced IOS security features, Security Devices primarily Cisco ASA or Fortigate/ Checkpoint, Network Monitoring Tools
  • Experience in anyone of the NAC technology - ISE ( Preferred ), Clearpass, Forescout.
  • Experience in working on SDWAN technology like Meraki, Fortinet, Versa.
  • Experience on Cisco Wireless implementation and operations.
