Job Description

    Skill required: Telecom Operations - Telecom Dispute ManagementDesignation: Customer Service AssociateQualifications: Any GraduationYears of Experience: 1 to 3 yearsYou will be aligned with our Network Operations vertical which ensures that we maintain a robust common integration framework to help communications clients address challenges, increase their margins, improve asset realization, improve customer service, increase revenues, reduce overall costs and accelerate sales cycles. The Telecom Operations team is involved in developing structures, processes, and capabilities for managing and monitoring telecommunications networks. In Telecom Dispute Management, you will be responsible for all billing related disputes and will be involved in dispute negotiation, settlement, cost avoidance and recovery. You will have to track the status of a dispute from identification through to resolution, with regular monitoring and reporting of the outcome.
