Job Description

    Core Responsibilities:
    • Conceptualize and develop designs, illustrations, motion graphics and other visual assets using the Adobe Suite of products (Photoshop/Illustrator/AE etc.)
    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce the final design(s)
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
    • Test graphics across various social channels
    • Quickly amend and adapt designs after feedback
    • Creating user-centered designs for website and socials by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
    • Provide concepts for digital, offline and social media campaigns.
    • Develop the visual tone, and messages that will shape into the most effective communication for the concerned brand.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at once
    • Able to naturally funnel constructive criticism into new ideas
    • Ability to work with Motion graphics and 3D renders is a plus (within After Effects/C4D/Blender)
    Skills & Requirements:
    • 1+ years of visual and graphic design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm
    • A bachelors/Master s in Graphic/Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or other-related field(s)
    • A portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of design understanding, layout and typography
    • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced evolving start-up environment
