Job Description

    *JOB OFFER BY BHARAT RUBBER WORKS PVT LTD VASAI DESIGN ENGINEER*The candidate must have knowledge & exposure into thePlastic Moulds.The candidate must have experience & knowledge intoDesigning Plastic Moulds on NX Software.Work Experience: 3+ Years.Salary: Upto 4 lacEducation:B.E Mechanical Engineering/ Diploma in mechanical engineering.Major Duties & Responsibilities: To attend the repair of machines / equipment.Design to be made for the molds.Drawings to be made for the product given.To assign the jobs to Tool Room Mechanics and to follow up the progress.To maintain the machines of Tool Room section.To prepare drawing of new samples received from the customers and to execute the project till commercial production.To follow-up, the fabrication work if given to 3rd party, as per design / delivery schedule.To maintain adequate stock of critical spare parts.To prepare yearly shutdown preventive maintenance schedule and follow up by co-ordination with production.To follow-up for the schedule inspection / check-up of all fighting Equipments.To participate in MRM and to take corrective steps as discussed.To make sure all Mould are properly stored.Periodically carry out Mould maintenance.*Eligible may send cv by whatsapp hidden_mobile*
