    *Job offer by MINDSIGHTCLINIC MALAD COUNSELLING / ADMIN/SALES EXE / FRONTDESK*Job Title COUNSELLING / Admin/Sales Executive Job Type Full- Time Monday to Sunday (any weekday off)Timings -11am to 8pmExperience- 1-3 yearsQualification Graduation DegreeSalary- 20,000/- to 25000/-Job Description Attend Client Calls, conduct follow ups & Book Appointments as per Calendar Schedule Respond via Email & Resolve Client Queries, Appointment Requests, Test Report Results & any other concerns as raised by them Due diligence on Payments received from Patients & tally the same with Accounts team Maintenance of Client Database, Daily Call Updates & Respective Case Files of Clients Maintenance of Referral details for Clients referred by other Clinics Updating Social Media on the Events, Workshops & Webinars conducted by the Team Daily Updation of Staff Attendance & Processing Payments based on the same Maintenance of Regular Supply of Office Stationery & Other Supplies Co-ordinating with the Psychologist and Interns for Clinic Administration Other Sundry Tasks & Overall Supervision for Smooth Administration of Daily Office Activities*About Mindsight Clinic*: Mindsight Clinic, as the provider of Mental Health Services, with its proficiency in providing counselling, psychologists can guide you resolve your issues in all spheres of life.
