Job Description

Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities:

  • Morning reporting of dispatch details, Overdue bills, Limits and O/S to Customers and follow up for the same.
  • Doing Signature verification documents (Exports original, Fax-Import payment, Inward, Export docs, WCL etc). If signature not as per compliance, then raising the same to RM and clients and get it resolved.
  • Daily preparing EOD Reports and circulating with Ops and CSD Team
  • Co-ordinate with GTS RM, RM, CCU, Central Ops and Cash Ops Team & Treasury
  • 5. Key Activities: Reporting dispatch details, Inward remittances, RBI reporting, Advance data reporting to customers(monthly), RBI (quarterly).
  • 6. QMS tracking on daily basis.
  • Raising transaction by sending pricing and overdue approval of RM to OPS and taking follow ups from RM and ops team if the transaction gets held up and get it finally processed.
  • Co-ordinate with customers to get the complete documentation for daily transaction of PCFC, PSFC & Export documentation
  • Sending discrepancy of exports docs to clients and get it resolved
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
  • Ensure all export dispatch transactions get done by EOD
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned on need basis
  • Train other team members on latest development in Domestic trade trns.
  • Ensure activities/BAU is not hampered in absence of any team member.
  • EOD tracking of pending and unprocessed items.
  • Regulatory reminders and responses.
  • Overview of Export Desk.
