Application resides in the core model of the CLM IT and provides front to back connectivity within the various client onboarding platforms.Within BNP Paribas CIB ITO Digital Banking, the One KYC team is in charge of a new coherent multi-Pole repository of standardized KYC data and documents to be shared across the Bank for all Corporate Clients belonging to business groups spanning multiple sites.Job Title:Sr. Business AnalystDate: 25-Jan-21 Department:CLM-ITLocation:MumbaiBusiness Line / Function:CLM / TransversalReports to: (Direct) -Grade: (if applicable) (Functional) Number of Direct Reports:0Directorship / Registration:NAPosition Purpose Business Analysis (BA) in the area of Client On-boarding User Support and Incident Management Working in any of the Client and Referential IT Domain (Know Your Client, Client On-boarding, Static Referential Data Management, Reconciliation and data quality etc) Work closely with the Business and Global project teams to support the incident and user queries resolutionManage functional business requirements; coordinate with development teams, test & rollout of functionality to resolve the incidentsCommunication with end users, stakeholders, development teams(Dev, Testing, APS, RM) to coordinate and unblock the situation Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities
    • Ability to understand functional and technical matters, or also someone who can blend and play Techno-functional role and L3 support
    • Ability to manage effectively the communication toward users also for tricky incidents
    • Be able to quickly understand the user problem, root cause and mobilise team s for solution and provide Extended Production support to the Business.
    • SPOC for the User support on One KYC Application issues and solutions
    • Be the glue by co-ordinating with multi teams (User, BA, dev and testing) to get the situations unblocked.
    • Strong Hands on SQL to write basic to moderate queries is required.
    • Be able to understand the business perspective and need from the business while gathering the requirements and be able to articulate when in various forums
    • Develop good understanding of technical infrastructure (databases, web development etc.) and how it interconnects with other system for data sharing
    • Worked on client On-boarding or referential data IT domain
    • Be able to represent the group on various forums with stakeholders and end users
    • Strong understanding of the typical SDLC life cycle and role of business analyst in each of the cycle
    • Able to present the case with detailed analysis, solutions and challenges
    • Creating Requirement Specifications in the form of user stories, FSD, BRDs.
    • Documenting acceptance criteria and ensure that clear validation criteria is established.
    • Coordinate with IT development team for any blockers or requirement clarifications.
    • Functional testing of the delivered solution.
    • Being able to work seamlessly in a distributed teams primarily between Paris and Mumbai
    Contributing Responsibilities
    • Strong analytical and process management skills to interpret & anticipate customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
    • Establishes strong working relationships across all functions both locally and internationally.
    • Well versed with the agile documentation and workflows to show the relationships and solution architect
    Technical & Behavioral Competencies
    • Good technical and functional understanding of IT systems (C#, .Net, databases, web development, API, Interface tools etc.)
    • Ability to understand Relationship Database model and execute SQL queries for data analysis.
    • Able to use and plan on MPP, Visio, JIRA, TFS
    Specific Qualifications (if required)
    • Knowledge about Client on-boarding domain or reference data .
    • Strongly desired :
      • Hands-on or Knowledge about Client Life Cycle Management/ Client on boarding domain
      • Experience and knowledge of Agile/Scrum (BDD, TDD) development methodology
