We are a 350+ employees strong fintech that has been profitable for 2+ years.You would be responsible for:- Own an Account, Manage all the relationships across the hierarchy of the account, and drive it towards growth and profitability- Continuously prospect and open up new opportunities within the Account, work with all the internal stakeholders to lead the Sales effort- Lead the Product Solutioning, Negotiate on the deliverables and commercials, and close the sales- Engage with the key stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout of the solution, and on ongoing changes to the product- Front end all Customer queries and escalations, and resolve them to ensure Customer Satisfaction- Minimise Revenue Leakage for the products and services delivered as part of the engagement- Ensure receipt of timely payments from the ClientYour typical day at work:- Present the quarterly plan with OKRs to the Executive Team, focusing on how to achieve Revenue and Profitability targets - Take stock of the status of key project deliverables, and front end all senior level discussions with the Customer, on the project status- Spend adequate time with the Key stakeholders within the account, to understand their pain points, and identify possible product solutions- Work the Accounts hierarchy to build consensus and sell Novopays product and solution offerings- Stay on top of all the key events for all project deliverables, foresee issues, and work with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth operationsWhat we expect from you:- A leader who can set the right example for Sales, Tech, Product and Operations teams, and build a culture of innovation, and collaboration across the teams- 10 - 15 years of proven experience on being able to do Consultative Selling, and Account Management in the IT/ ITES domain- Prior experience in managing clients in the Banking and Financial services industry is highly preferable- You should be very analytical, and data driven- Have a big audacious dream in your heart :),
