Job Description

Dear Candidate,Job opening as client servicing executive in Mulund Location- Advertising

  • A primary point of contact for clients and ensures Client satisfaction with the organizations product /services; Establish a strong business relationship with the client
  • Support for the Business Development team in servicing accounts
  • Answer queries regarding product/ services, processes and if required direct them to the concerned. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the project.
  • Assist clients in using the products and services and keeping them updated about new features launched
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of products orders/ services; develop an effective channel of communication with the client
  • Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage etc
  • Collect feedback and resolve client complaints
  • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to buy other services of the organization
Desired Profile of the candidate:
  • Graduate with 2-5 years of work experience in sales and marketing.
  • MBA Marketing preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, self-starter, positive attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
