Job Description

Dear Candidate,Job opening as Inside sales- Thane Location- Real estateExp- 1yrs+

  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
  • Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  • Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
  • Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  • Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
  • Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
  • Suggesting options based on customers needs and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi language
  • Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software, MS Excel)
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone
  • Ability to switch communication styles
