Market Mapping Survey of New Potential location/ Property acquisition & new store setup. Prepare reports for properties Complete and process appropriate legal documents and forms from the landlord related to the rent or lease. Understand the real estate market, potential area and estimate footfalls Coordinate License related documents, Should be commercially aware Liaison between landlord and other departments in the company Like Accounts, Legal and Store Operations Team. Maintain Landlord relations and fulfilling business continuity through Renewals/ Additional area/ Relocation. Ensuring timely closure of the agreements with the legal and property owners. Rental re negotiations/ Agreements re negotiations etc.Required Candidate profileExperience 5 to 8 years experience in opening Retail Shops & QSR.Pleasing personality with excellent communication skillsShould be street smart and understand the local marketMust have experience in opening New store, QSR Pan India.Should be open to travellingPerks and Benefits As per industry standards,
