DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall efficient day-to-day coordination of violence against children in all project sites
1. Implement the plan for the intervention cluster with her/his program officer on daily basis.
2. Carry out community mobilisation for group meetings, training sessions, management of volunteers
3. Planning and ensuring execution of primary prevention activities with the community mobilisation team to organise
campaigns.
4. Coordinating with the Program Officer and building cohort of community volunteers
5. Refer and accompany beneficiaries to police, public health providers, and other organisations in the intervention areas.
6. Home visits to maintain rapport with parents.
7. Make weekly and monthly activity plans with the supervisor.
8. Collect data and report on a timely basis to the community program officer. Enter the field data on a software
application.
9. Maintain documentation required in the project such as details of identified and referred cases and case studies.
10. Ensure confidentiality and anonymity of the beneficiaries in the project.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Educational qualification:
Minimum SSC pass.
2. At least one-year experience of community work preferable.
3. Oral and written command of Hindi, Marathi and working knowledge of English.
