Job Description

    We are currently having openings in our Voice Process 100% work from home.Designation- Customer Support Associate (CSA).Job Profile- Have to resolute customers query Voice Call Mandatory Criteria-Min HS/12th Passed.No undergrad If found working somewhere else or employed somewhere else,it may lead to direct termination.Fresher & Experience both can apply Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice processMandate System configuration : Must have Laptop/Desktop enabled with original version of windows 10/11 with i3/i5 processor and above with 8 GB Ram.Should have a noise cancellation headset along with connectivity to Broadband/Wi-Fi.(Min 30 MBPS required) Must have active antivirus.Ready to work in 24/7 Rotational ShiftsNo planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining.In case,any Leave is taken due to any of the reason,Salary will be put on HOLD and your services will be terminated.9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour breakShould have a typing speed of 25WPM with 90% accuracyPan India Candidates can apply.(Apart from J & K)This is a contractual role for 6 months.Age Limit upto 34 years only.Interview Process-(Virtual)HR round - General check. - Video CallOPS round General Check - Video CallClient Round Video CallSalary Offered (in hand)Salary for Fresher - Rs 13273 /Month.
