Responsibilities and Duties: Spearheading the BusinessHRfunctions with specific manpower budget. Recruitment of right talent and build an Organisation Structure with defined growth plans for the employees. Formulating, implementing and articulating theHRframework and initiatives aligned with long-term business goals. Conduct extensive analysis on existingHRorganizationand develop business plan to update all policies, procedures, services, programs and operations. Advisethe business leaders onorganization designof units, span of control && proposing suggestions toleaders. Assessment of HiPos and place talent/leadership development plansthrough training and developmentcenters, individual development plans, succession planning, focused training programs and senior leadership forums. Organization of Employee Engagement Surveys && Programs, R&&R and OD sessionsandensuredprompt resolution of employee grievances && maintainedcordial employee relation Statutory and Compliances management like Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESIC, PT MLW and filing of timely returns. ERP knowledge and implementation.
