Job Description

Opening for HR Head - Mumbai LocationDesignation : HR HeadCTC : 25-30 lakhsExperience : 15-20 yrsThe HR Leader will drive the execution of the HR vision and strategy for the country. You will work closely both with local management teams & central HR. Your main responsibilities will be to :

    • Educate, guide and coach the people managers on their management responsibilities, duties and challenges, such as performance, motivation, competencies, development and health at work challenges.
    • Ensure the integration of any new entities acquired and their people according to become one believe. Be Accountable of any HR processes, tasks required as well as the HR integration in believe culture.
    • Provide strategic staffing and recruitment consultation. You will assist in identifying and selecting qualified candidates. You will deploy, according to believe values and policies, relevant local communications to increase our local visibility on the market.
    • Conduct gap analyses and ensure appropriate career development programs and initiatives are aligned with critical skill development and succession planning for designated functional teams, according to Group policies
    • Drive the local HR agenda and secure the integration of new processes, programs and tools in compliance with local legislation and labor law & the Central Guidelines and policies
    • Secure availability and top-notch quality of data and HR metrics
    • Own the responsibility for Employee Relations matters and Health and Safety
    • Be a pro-active contributor to the global HR agenda providing local insights and resources
Required
  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field,
  • 15+ years of experience in a various HR roles, with at least 8 years in HR Business Partner role and 4 years leading HR teams.
  • Bi lingual in English and local language
  • Knowledge of applicable local laws, statutes, etc. which govern employment policies and practices.
  • Flexible, fairness, customer oriented, fast thinker, creative and loyal
  • HR leadership and experience in a fast pace company
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator with solid business and compensation acumen
Preferred
  • Experience supporting Tech and Music industry preferred
